  • It’s pretty straight forward – Alfalfa instead of rice and any fillings you want. You could use avocado, capsicum, carrot then just top up with alfalfa sprouts and gently pack it down. Wrap in Seaweed and you have a lovely snack for lunch

  • Very quick and easy to make.Cauliflower Rice – Grate or food process the cauliflower. Give it a fry up with garlic or whatever you like. Let it cool and then use as you would the rice.
